"That's me up there!"
Fashion Designer and Artist Terence Senford
Over the past 20 years, I have driven growth at some of the world’s largest fashion and lifestyle brands. After graduating from the London College of Fashion, I began my career on London's Savile Row, in design and tailoring at Ozwald Boateng. During this time, I was responsible for the setup of a diffusion line, leading the creative vision, branding and marketing. Since then, I have provided strategy, creative direction and design for many global brands, including Hugo Boss, Adidas and Puma. My love of bespoke tailoring and my high-end sensibility, combined with a passion for performance sportswear, has allowed me to straddle the lines between sport style and fashion. I believe that the two can effectively influence each other, challenging convention and sparking innovative creative solutions.
My other passion is my art practice, which explores identity, experience, and the tensions between the two. I draw upon the duality of the wider world of popular culture, our place within it, and the ways this affects us. Working mainly with acrylic on canvas, I frequently incorporate found or discarded materials into my works.
